Kaitlyn Brewer - Executive Director and Founder
Kaitlyn Brewer serves as Executive Director and Founder of Threshold Advocacy Group, where she is dedicated to helping parents navigate the family court system with greater understanding, preparation, and confidence. Her work centers on education, advocacy, conflict resolution, and empowering families to make informed decisions during high-conflict and high-stakes situations.
Kaitlyn is a Virginia Supreme Court–approved Parent Educator for court-referred co-parenting education and has completed extensive training in mediation, conflict resolution, and family-related dispute resolution through Virginia court-approved mediator trainers. These trainings strengthen Threshold’s ability to provide families with practical, structured education focused on communication, co-parenting, and productive problem-solving.
She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with an expected graduation in May 2027. Kaitlyn integrates her academic foundation, professional training, and real-world experience to support families facing complex legal, emotional, and co-parenting challenges.
Samantha Anderson - Deputy Director
Samantha Anderson serves as Deputy Director of Threshold Advocacy Group, where she supports families navigating custody, co-parenting, and the family court process with greater understanding, preparation, and confidence. Her work includes parent planning, developing individualized step-up plans, organizing documentation and case timelines, and helping families prepare for mediation and court in a supportive, non-legal capacity.
Samantha is a Virginia Supreme Court–approved Parent Educator for court-referred co-parenting education and has completed extensive training in mediation, conflict resolution, and family dispute resolution through Virginia court-approved mediator trainers.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology: Addictions and Recovery from Liberty University and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work at the University of Kentucky. Samantha combines her academic background, professional training, and hands-on experience to help families navigate complex legal and emotional transitions.
Victoria Cullison - Marketing Director
Victoria Cullison is the Vice President of Threshold Advocacy Group, contributing a unique blend of personal perspective and professional experience. Through her work with The Haven shelter, she has developed a strong foundation in supporting individuals impacted by domestic violence and sexual abuse.
She also manages the organization’s social media presence, creating graphics and content that educate, inform, and connect with the community.
Jordyn Brewer - Administrative Director
Jordyn Brewer serves as Secretary of Threshold Advocacy Group, where she supports the organization’s operations and contributes to ongoing planning and development efforts.
She brings a background in behavioral health, including experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and work with individuals in substance abuse treatment settings. Jordyn has also worked with youth in structured residential environments, giving her additional perspective on the challenges facing vulnerable populations.
