Threshold Advocacy Group offers voluntary private mediation for:

• Co-parenting and parenting-plan issues
• Marital-home, property, and financial disputes
• Family, business, workplace, and civil conflicts
• Virtual sessions

Our mediators are neutral and do not provide legal advice, represent either party, or make decisions. They have completed Virginia mediation training but do not receive court referred cases. 

Mediation can take 2-3 hours

Our Parenting Coordination service provides neutral, child-focused support to help parents implement their parenting plan and reduce conflict using OurFamilyWizard (OFW). 

Services include; 

• Third-party communication, 
• Parenting plan clarification, 
• Exchange and scheduling coordination, 
• School and medical communication support, 
• BIFF communication coaching, 
• Routine dispute resolution, 
• Objective documentation, and 
• One 30-minute monthly meeting. 

Our goal is to improve communication.

• Priority review turnaround
